EC Choice aims to deliver high quality products for our customers. Electronic cigarettes are built from several different components. Some of these components are classified as consumable and are part of the ongoing expenses of using electronic cigarettes. Coils and e-liquids are classified under this consumable categorisation. As such we do not accept returns for either of these products.

We have variable warranties for different products at EC Choice. We have engaged the manufacturers and have negotiated, we believe, some of the best warranties at the moment on select types of products. The warranty provided begins from the purchase date of the product. Electronic cigarette tanks come with a three month manufacturer’s warranty. Electronic cigarette mods come with a six month manufacturer’s warranty. If a customer has purchased a starter kit, which contains both a tank and a mod, then the respective warranties for each component will apply as previously stated.

If the customer is to have an issue that is covered under warranty, EC Choice requires that the product be returned to us for inspection and testing. The customer is responsible for covering the return costs to EC Choice. If we find that there is a fault with the item, we will cover the cost of sending out a new or your repaired unit. If the manufacturer finds that there is no fault for the product EC Choice is not responsible for the cost of returning the unit.

The warranty that EC Choice provides does not cover product failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorised repairs. The warranty does not cover product failure or damage as a result of excessive force, such as dropping. The warranty does not cover product failure or damage caused by improper usage outside of recommended usage conditions. The warranty does not cover general, every day wear and tear of the products.
